| whenever i select a character, i cant got in, it says "unable to connect to gameserver". please help  before this happened, the last thing i did was equipped pets. could that be the prob? | |

before this happened, the last thing i did was equipped pets. could that be the prob? If it's pets, likely you used the follow the leader, and tried to have three pets at once? This is a glitch, and will 'cause D/c and make you unable to log in again until a server restart.
If this is not the case ...
Then you're just stuck, and will have to wait for a server restart, or try this guide,

If this guide doesn't help, then please be patient and wait for our server to restart. It restarts every 3 hours.
