can't login with any char anymore after messing with the multi-pets

i've tried the character fixes for logging in and unsticking on the website but they don't help

i also found a thread in this section of someone who i think had the same problem:

Ya, I don't think multi pets work. Uhm, you might want to ask the owner or wait for a server restart.
