How long have you been with HypnoticStory?: about a month and loving it

What do you think you can contribute to this server?: I believe I can help this server grow, I WILL NOT in anyway abuse being a GM. I will also provide knowledge to players, also helping with events, etc.

Why are you applying for GM?: I am extremely helpful, I take this JOB seriously. Being a GM isn't some high priority player, you take care of the game, manage it, and take care of it.

Have you had any previous GM experience? Where and for how long?: Yes, I made my own server for about 4months, I know all the GM commands and I have all the codes.

What is your method for hunting for hackers? Unfortunately, I never have hunted, though if someone is willing to teach me, I am a fast learner

how often do you think you should hunt for hackers?: If I knew how, about every week or so.

How would you handle a hacker?: I would provide a quick lecture to the hacker about how hacking isn't right and how it ruins other player's fun.

If 2 people are arguing over SMEGA how would you handle it?: I would tell them to consult me about it or to talk about it somewhere else because it gets annoying to players

If a player were to call you a "fail GM" how would you respond to that? or how would you retaliate?: I would tell them this..." Being a GM isn't what its all hiked up to be, it is a serious job and I'm one of the people taking care of this server, so if you think you can do better, YOU apply."

as a GM what do you feel is more important for YOURSELF? Having fun or Keeping the server organized and clean?: Of course fun is what private servers are all about, but having a clean and organized server allows players to have the fun, and sometimes even the gms.

Why should we choose you?: I am very helpful and I can help all the players in HypnoticStory. I will NEVER abuse being a GM. I will take this job seriously.

Why shouldn't we choose you?: I can joke around a lot and act stupid so watch out for that

Second, your answers are too generic. Looks like no effort was put into this application.
Third, this server could have different commands, so don't say that you know all of the commands, because you don't.
