How active are you in game? in forums?: I am very active everyday for 8 hours. As part-time working hours are flexible!
How long have you been with HypnoticStory?: Since the new v75 Hypnoticstory opened. I take my time to make friends !
What do you think you can contribute to this server?: It seems to me that when most of the GM's are off , there will be hackers.That is when I start cracking ! Hackers beware ! I can hold events and give my best to everyone playing this server. All this will be my greatest contribution.
Why are you applying for GM?: Almost everyday during a certain period of time , most of the GM's are off to school or sleep. Players might be bored of training and maybe want some events to be held. I can be there for them. I want to get this server into a better ''MS'' servers compared to others. When Hypnotic community increases , thats where the fun begins. Each and every player is important to the community. The people playing with us makes up the community.
Have you had any previous GM experience? Where and for how long?: I had a own server before. Both v55 and v62. Server lasted for 2 months and decided to close because of financial issues. I was also a Co-Owner of awesomestory. Server upgrading in progress.
What is your method for hunting for hackers? To observe them through rankings and how fast they rebirth. Calculate their damage based on how many rebirths. If I am unsure , I will get some help from John or the rest of the GM's who are available.
How often do you think you should hunt for hackers?: Hackers are bound to be everywhere. I would HUNT them every half hour or so. If you were to ask me whether I get bored of doing all this. To be honest , its a NO. I apply for this job , I will enjoy in everything I do , be it a normal player or a GM. I will finish it and finish it well.
How would you handle a hacker?: Why would someone want to hack ? To be the best , the strongest in the server. However , everyone needs to be given a chance. So if I happen to find a hacker , I will question him and give him/her a warning. If that person hacks again it will be ban. What if friends whom I know hacks ? Same thing apply. A screenshot will be taken as proof before any action will be taken !
If 2 people are arguing over SMEGA how would you handle it?: Ask them to stop arguing if they continue , it will be jail for them. Probably the best way is to let them resolve it by themselves. They are grown-up.
If a player were to call you a "fail GM" how would you respond to that? or how would you retaliate?: No one started out NOT failing. Failing is a process where we learn from our mistakes and do a better job the next time round. At times we may stumble and fall. Its alright. We fail and get back up. Continue doing what is right. Its not easy to be a GM , being one requires the skill and determination.
As a GM what do you feel is more important for YOURSELF? Having fun or Keeping the server organized and clean?: Keeping the server fun is my main priority. There will be times where players start complaining about being ksed. It is very common , I will do my best to settle it in a fun manner. A private server where players come together to play and not to argue. This is what I call ''FUN'' . We enjoy each other's company and not obsessed with hardcore leveling. As for keeping the server organized and clean , it is also important !
Why should we choose you?: I may not have everything required but I can learn. Learning takes time. You should pick me as I am easy going , willing to help when needed and I will do my best. I have the quality. Give me a chance to proof what I am made of. If I am not up to standard , tell me and I will try to follow closely.
Why shouldn't we choose you?: Why shouldn't you not choose me ? ! If so I will still continue to play as usual.
Extra info you feel is necessary: Server needs money to fund. If any point in time , the server needs funds ,I will be more than willing to donate to keep this server moving. I have some background knowledge on basic coding and learning C++. God Bless. XD

And changing the black text would be nice, it's hard to read
EDIT: yes, you can add a poll with edit. After pushing edit, there should be an option at the bottom called Add Poll, Then it will expand with options. Just in case you needed help. | |
