Look at his Dmg And he have only 144 Rebirths. If he's not a hack, sorry for this.

He isnt hacking i dont think. 144 means an SRB.

You should have clicked on him to figure out his items as well. But if he was hitting like 999m then he'd be hacking, yo.

He's not necessarily a hacker, but he could definitely have duped items. Even with a Sparkling Rings that's pretty high.
